Basic Components Of FRP Round Shape Cooling Tower:

• Casing: Hold high strength to withstand wind velocities up to 60m/sec. (134 mph), earthquakes and vibrations.
• Water Basin: Made of FRP, it is a bowl-shaped basin with a cylindrical auxiliary suction tank at the bottom, which eliminates the danger of drawing air into the pump while operating with minimum water in it. It also has a drain to facilitate the removal of water when dirt gets accumulated and the bowl shape of it ensures easy cleaning of the tower interior.
• Fillings: Made with PVC, this holds excellent heat exchanging efficiency and chemical resistance power. Enclosed in the tower, it minimizes the growth of algae.
